Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

I have had long time back problems and been working with workmens comp doctors. The last proceedure I had was

a nerve block and immediantly after and during proceedure I was in more pain than when I went in but in a different area. Now they tell me I have a a compression fracture. I believe the doctor

did this to me while doing the nerve block. Is this possible?

You are asking lawyers for a medical opinion. See another doctor and ask him/her what happened (asking what is "possible" doesn't help you).

It's possible, but from a legal standpoint no attorney can offer you any help unless another doctor is willing to give an affidavit that the first doctor committed malpractice. Consult with a local attorney.
