Legal Question in Military Law in Georgia
awol gone
I know this guy that has went awol and hews only in week 6 of basic trainning. How can he get out?And can he do it from home since he is NG?What do you sugest the best way is

The guy needs to return to his unit. Upon his retun to the unit, the commander could take a number of actions. For example, the guy could be court martialed or given nonjudicial punishment. The commander could give him an entry level separation.
