Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I was in an auto accident on Feb 2nd. The police determined it was her fault and issued her a ticket for failure to yield. The other drivers ins. refused to get me a rental and now Im waiting for them to accept liability. The other driver has yet to return her end of paperwork and thats all they are waiting on. I realesed my car out of the wrecker storage and to them Friday Feb. 19th. I have a newborn and a toddler and my workplace is threatning termination because of the times Ive had to call them and tell them Im unable to work as a result of not having a car. I need them to do something fast so any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You've omitted vital information.

Were you injured? If yes, get a lawyer right away. I'd be glad to discuss your case at a free consultation if you were injured. Often we can nudge the insurer on a rental.

If you were not hurt, you do not want the expense of a lawyer in most property damage cases. Either have your insurer get a rental for now (if you have full coverage) or call the state insurance commissioner to complain about the delay.
