I was in a car accident and at 40 miles an hour and neither air bag deployed. Can I sue the auto maker?

As the other lawyers have mentioned, the one question that matters is were you hurt in a manner the airbag deploying would have prevented?

If yes, see a lawyer.

If no, you may want to have the dealer check your car, but it's not a legal case.
