Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

chipped tooth

a car hit my appartment. last friday and the railing broke apart. thursday a kid got a hold of the a piece of the railing and hit my son in his mouth and chipped his front tooth. is the complex responsible to this damage?

The complex may have some responsibility for a failure to repair the damage, but not for the damage caused by the child who hit your son.
