You may be able to sue the park, but the facts of the case are important in answering this question. You need to be aware that there are time limits in bringing your case, particularly against a city, county or state. Go to What is the Statute of Limitations of my Georgia Personal Injury Case?

People can sue for anything. Since you posted no facts as to why the city, or anyone else, should be liable for your injuries, the validity of a lawsuit is anyone's guess.

I am sorry to hear about your injury. I would need to know more facts in order to tell you whether you can recover. Under certain circumstances you will be able to recover from the city. There is also a requirment that you send an Anti Litem notice with the statutory period. This gives the City notice of your claim. If you want to call my office or send me an email I would be more than happy to discuss the matter with you.

To answer you, I'd have to know the extent of the injury, how it happened, who was at fault, your medical prognosis and history, and what city. Feel free to contact my office with those details.
