Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I fell down twice at work, once in a chair that was unsafe and toppled over and a second time on a hardwood floor that was missing a piece of wood. Almost fell again in same place. My back is killing me.

You didn't ask a question. What is your legal problem? Did you report the injuries to your employer and see the doctor they designated for workers comp? What did the doctor say? Etc.
