is owner at fault to

i found out my wife was having an affair with her boss. i also found out the owner was letting the leave their job to go to her bosses house to have sex. can i sue the owner .

No, but you can file for divorce if you want to.

In the old days you could sue the boss for "alienation of affection." The owner could conceivably be a co-conspirator and thereby a possible defendant as a joint tortfeasor. This type of case was abolished by statute years ago in GA. There are only a few states that still allow "alienation of affection" lawsuits, North Carolina and Mississippi being two I know of.
