Even though you might be from Georgia, if the accident happened in Mississippi, you will need a Mississippi lawyer. To answer your question, generally speaking, the fact that you refused an ambulance (or to sign a waiver) will not bar you from filing a lawsuit. There will likely be a statute of limitations in Mississippi that bars negligence claims after a certain period of time, so you should consult a Mississippi lawyer sooner rather than later. Your lawyer can tell you whether your case is worth making a case of.

Call a lawyer in Mississippi as soon as possible. You will lose your legal rights in a limited period of time. Whether you can sue depends on if the casino was negligent, in some cases on your possible negligence, and on what damages you suffered.
