hello if a was turned down for ssi disabilty for a on the job injury and was filling a appeal, and where in a auto accident at a later date in time could i file a auto accident case at the safe time i'm waiting for my appeal to be heard?

I'm not sure I understand your question, but there are deadlines to file both appeals and teh auto cases, and if you wait too long you lose. Almost no one who seeks disability gets it without a lawyer, so you have to have a lawyer for that. And unless you get a lawyer for a car accident, you wil usually have a far worse result than with a lawyer. Since there are no upfront fees for either type case there is no reason not to have a lawyer.

Yes you could but the value of your personal injury case could be compromised by your earlier claim of disability. Before you invest significant time and expense in a civil action, retain an experienced lawyer to properly evaluate your case.
