How do i get my boyfriend off the deed to a timeshare we own together he even wants his name off the deed

He can deed it to you (use a lawyer in the state where the timeshare is). Note this does NOT get him off any loan or fees owed unless the timeshare company agrees in writing and they likely will refuse.
