Foreclosure

Once my home is sold at public auction due to foreclosure, how long do i have to vacate the premises by law?

The time it takes for the new owner to get a writ of possession and schedule the marshall to enforce it. It is not something to push to the end. When the marshall shows up, personal property, furniture, etc. will be put on the street. They do not accept excuses.
