Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

We have heired property passed down to the original five, so the land will be divided by five pending on the next generation heirs signing for their heired portion which in turn will be deeded to them. what if one heir has so many siblings that they bump heads & don't agree & don't know & don't care. can that group vote on having one spokes person for that heir to sign to get deeded?
