Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My husband passed away 2 years ago. His name is the only name on the deed of a piece of property we purchased some years before. I have been paying the taxes on this property since he passed. I would like to know what type of form do I need to submit in order to have me as the grantor or owner of this property. Will I only need his death certificate as proof? Who would need to sign for the grantor?

Unfortunately, you delayed too long to do the easiest and best way - years support in probate court. You will now have to do a regular probate, where creditors and other family may share in the property. You need a lawyer and it is a shame you did not get one two years ago to do years support and get title that way.
