I would like to know if a judge can cancel a security deed and what recourse do I have if this happens

Since you left out all the facts of why this happened, no one here can guess "recourse" but it can only happen in a court case, and your recourse would be to hire a lawyer if you disagree and are affected. Both a Superior Court Judge and a bankruptcy judge can, for various reasons, and again you left out all the details making a good answer impossible, cancel or render a security deed unenforceable.
