Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Hello. I purchased my car from a dealership in September 2014. A few days ago, I went to another dealer to trade the car in. They pulled the carfax and told me that the title was branded as a buyback/lemon. This was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Not only that, the odometer readings are off according to the carfax which may signify odometer tampering. The dealership where I bought the car is giving me the run around so I need some advice on what step to take next.

You posted under real estate, and since a car is not realty, consumer lawyers on law guru will miss the question. Carfax is not always accurate so the odometer may or may not be accurate. Ask the Georgia Ofc of Consumer Affairs to investigate. If you bought the car with an As is sticker THAT was your warning that the car could be a lemon, so your failure to investigate then was an unfixable mistake on that issue.
