Your rights are in your lease. That is where you will also find your responsibilities, such as your responsibility to pay rent. You certainly should be diligent and keep up with the situation, but as long as you are still living there you owe rent. Many houses are advertised for foreclosure, and many are worked out by the owner and lender. That is between them. When you don't pay rent, you get evicted.

You didn't say if it was the buyer at the foreclosure sale, or your old landlord that was in foreclosure, nor did you say if the house was removed from foreclosure, which often happens. But in general, if you don't pay rent, you can expect to be sued for the rent and/or evicted.
