Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My wife recently passed away. Our home we have lived in for 15 years was in her name only due to bankruptcy from a previous business. 4 days before she died her mother had her deed our home to her and her husband. what recourse do I have?

I am sorry for your loss.

Assuming the deed was properly drafted and recorded and that your wife was of sound mind, nothing at all. (If that is not the case, then you need a lawyer first thing in the morning and have a likely expensive and difficult battle ahead).

With the issue as big as it is, you should at least see a lawyer to review the situation and all documents. As stated, if she was of sound mind when she did it, even if she was talked into it, there is probably nothing to be done.
