Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Georgia

sexual harrassment

one of my employees and I exchanged some sexually explicit pictures, but because I was her supervisor I put an end to the situation. Since then I have deleted the pictures from my cell phone. I confronted her concerning some suspicious money transactions in my store. Next thing ,I'm being told that I am being investigated for sexual harrassment of this person. and that those picture are the proof of harrassment. I no longer have the pictures that she sent me, however I do have cell phone records that she sent pictures also. Shouldn't this prove that the behavior was consentual and that she may be trying to cover up her actions?

Re: sexual harrassment

You are facing very grave charges. You should avoid discussing this matter with anyone, until you retain a lawyer to represent you. Posting the information on legal websites should also be avoided.
