I have been paying Taxes on a piece of property that was given to me for over 10 years my Father is now deced how can i get a title for this property

Your post doesn't make sense. Either he gave it to you or didn't.

The property was not give to you unless he gave you and recorded a deed. If he did, then you already have title.

If he didn't deed it to you, when he died the answer depends on if he had a will or not, and who other heirs are if there was no will. You would need to see an attorney to determine if you have rights to the property and what needs to be drafted.

Paying taxes has nothing to do with owning the property.
