Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

The speeding ticket I received is missing a piece of important information. When he pulled me over, the officer claimed to have clocked by radar. But the officer left the area that asks how my speed was "clocked" blank. The options were Vascar, Radar, Patrol Vehicle, or other. However directly following that area is an area where the officer filled out a blank that called for a "serial number" and "calibration/check". I assume this is the radar's information, but still he did not specifically list the method by which he "clocked" me. Do I have any argument here?

Although errors on a tixket can create defense, as to yours, probably not. The UTC is designed to advise you of the charges, and if everything else is there, arguably yours does. It can be amended to correct errors, and you can be recharged by accusation. You may have defenses and strategies in such a case (which you should raise with your lawyer instead on online), and the fact that you didn't focus on those should explain why you want to call a lawyer.
