How do I get access to my trust fund?

When my father died his house was left to my grandfather and was to go to me should my granfather pass away. Instead My grandfather leagaly sold the house for $5,000. and put another $5,000. in with it. Now the money sits in a bank account in the Cayman Islands with my name on it. My grandpa wants nothing to do with me. How do I get My money?

You should immediately hire an estate and trust attorney to assist you. You should consider using your State's probate laws to file a Demand for Notice and possibly seek an accounting of the estate.

In any event, you should not proceed without the assistance of a qualified estate attorney.
