Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Court appointed administrator compensation

The Executor of the estate was removed and court adminstrator was appointed to finish handling estate. Most of the work on the estate had already been done by first executor.

The judge appointed court adminstrator is trying to take full commission ($21,000) on sale of the house and transfer of other properties (land) to heirs. Can we object to him taking full commission especially since he did very little work on the estate?
