Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

IlMy mother died in 2013 in Cleveland, Ohio, she had nothing but a house when she passed away. I was living with her until her death, her youngest son filed for executorship, at first he was denied but he refiled again and it was given to him, I now live in GA and did not know nothing about him going to court, he had contacted me before so he knew I lived in Georgia, yet in still he claimed I was unknown, I still had a lot of personal property in the house, which he threw away and/or sold, what can I do for the return of my property and show the court he lied on the application, I just happen to discover the new information and he went to court in April, 2016

You need to consult an Ohio probate attorney. That is where your brother lives, where any property would be located and where the estate was probated.
