Trust Fund..

my son has a trust. he has had it for 11 yrs. i just started getting the interest about 6yrs but only at christmas time. last year i was told i could not get it any more. my child is attending private school this year is it possible for the money to be used for that purpose and how do i get some else over the money besides the probate court.

You need to get a copy of the trust to see what it says about distribution. Each one is different. If it is a discretionary trust the Trustee will have a lot of say in how it is distributed. I don't believe the probate court is the trustee; that has to be someone else. You should have an attorney helping you with this as trust law tends to be quite complex.
