Legal Question in Workers Comp in Georgia

I had an accident while driving a company truck. I was hired in Georgia and I am a Georgia resident. But the company's main office is in Nebraska and My accident happened in Kentucky. Which State's workers' compensation law should be applied for me and my benefits? The company stopped my benefits when I refused to be evaluated for my injury over the phone from Nebraska! Can they stop peying for my doctor which is very critical for my life as well?

Georgia Workers' Compensation law should apply. They may use a claims office out of another state office. Your refusal to be evaluated over the phone could affect your benefits in your case. If you want to discuss your case, please feel free to give me a call at my office.
