Legal Question in Workers Comp in Georgia

i have carpal tunnel my ex employer fired me because that stated i was liability to them. i have file worker comp . their attorney stated i did not get carpal tunnel through them ..i have work there for over 4 yrs. i gave them a copy of my medical records which show that i have carpal tunnel. their attorney stated that on the medical report it does not state work related and they stated they will not pay. this past friday my attorney stated that if it does not show work related on any of my medical report i don't have a leg to stand on. my attorney also stated that my ex employer attorney offer $200.00. my attorney stated he will try to get more. if this was not work related why the offer ? can i use this offer that they gave me against them showing it is work related due to this offer. also do i need to get other attorney. he is not looking out for me...because as soon as the ex employer attorney stated they will offer this small amt.that was his chance to show that this is work related by their own offer. please let me know. thanks

You have a lawyer. That is who answers your questions. If you want a second opinion, see another lawyer. You may owe the first lawyer fees if you replace him. It should be obvious that no lawyer here knows anything about your case or injuries, so no one here can (or would) second-guess your lawyer.
