Legal Question in Workers Comp in Georgia

I have a employee that cannot say when or how he hurt his back and now wants to claim workers comp. Can I refuse?

It's not up to you (unless you want to lose a lawsuit). Turn the claim over to your carrier and they will decide how to handle it.
