Legal Question in Workers Comp in Georgia

I was fired in 2008 from wendys for false accusion for steal a lump sum of money. However the store did not have cameras to prove or any other evidence. Can i sue for that and is it to late?

You posted in the wrong category. This is a labor and employment question. However, employment is at will and employees can be fired for any or no reason. That includes suspicion of theft and there is no requirement that the employer "proves" their case to anyone or provides evidence to anyone (except, perhaps, the unemployment office if you applied for unemployment).
