Legal Question in Workers Comp in Georgia

My husband was electrocuted at work while working on an irrigantion pivot with 460 volts. He was not a licensed electrician. I am receiving workers comp benifits (maximum amount) but this is no where near what his income was. Do I have any other action I can take? Also, I have been told that since I had a child under the age of 17 I would receive these benifits until age 65 or marriage. Just wanted to clarify this is true.

Discuss this with your worker's comp attorney. In a case involving death, you want to be sure you have not overlooked possible relief.
