i would like for the immigration to find out whereabouts on my husband in north carolina, i have not heard from him, i would to get a divorce from him.

Immigration will not usually track down missing husbands. However, you do not necessarily need to know where he is to obtain a divorce. You can have him served by publishing a notice in the paper and sending the court papers to his last known address.
