Legal Question in Immigration Law in Guam

HOW CAN I DO WITH MY CASE?

Holding of Order of Removal and under Order of Supervisor.

Case description:

From 1988 through 1997, I lived in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. My life was too miserable in the CNMI so I moved to Guam - since 1997 to this present day. My both asylum applications from CNMI and Guam [ US territories] were failed and I faced of deportation. US immigration was tried to deport me back to Vietnam in the past but Vietnam country didn't want to take me so they released me here in US.

To this present day I still hold Order of Removal and wait for deportation. I am under order of supervisor. I can't legalize my status and build my reality life. I am continually living in the US territories and the US mainland for 22 years. I have had no criminal record. I was worked and paid Federal and Local Taxes, and also paid for Social Security so I desire to become a lawful US citizen.

Your generous review and solve of my cause will be deeply appreciated.

Sincerely yours,

Maurice Tran Van
