If you would like to schedule a legal telephone consultation to have your questions answered, please email.

I understand that interview is for I-130 that you filed as a petitioner?

5 months is not realistic expectation unless you have already prepared a very strong waiver application and have it ready, and assuming that it's approved within the next weeks after his visa interview. What 'extreme hardship' do you have to show for a waiver, provided that he is found inadmissible at his visa interview?
