Legal Question in Military Law in Hawaii

Upgrading Military Discharge

I make a couple of stupid mistakes while I was in the Marine Corps like not getting my hair cut when I was told and not fixing my vehicle because I couldn't afford it I was a victim of Anti Semitism being called ''the Jew'' and broke dick jew after I was injured. After I reported it I was then ran up on charges for the offences and I was told I would never recieve a good discharge so I worked for the NCIS and CID in order to help my discharge and they never helped me so I was left alone with a Other than Honorable discharge wich I would like to correct so I can pursue a career in Law Enforcement. Can someone help me out with this?

Re: Upgrading Military Discharge

It is possible to upgrade your discharge. Go to http://www.nvlsp.org/ to obtain additional information. You can petition the board for correction of military records and you can potentially get an honorable discharge. This is especially true if your help to NCIS is documented somewhere.

Good luck.
