alimony requirements
does the state of idaho require alimony to be paid in a case where the wife has been a U S resident for 23 years, but is not a U S citizen ?

Re: alimony requirements
Alimony, in Idaho, is generally only requried to prevent a spouse from becoming a public charge or for some other reason involving fundemental fairness. Immigration status has nothing to do with alimony.
