Legal Question in Family Law in Idaho

Withholding of Court Ordered Visitation

My son is living with his father whom I have joint custody with, his father is not allowing me my visitation and will not allow me to speak to my son, which is also included in our custody agreement. I would like to know what options I have in order to up hold my visitation rights.

Re: Withholding of Court Ordered Visitation

You need to move for a motion to show cause and hold him in contempt, which generally means jail time or probation with jail time hanging over his head if he doesn't stop doing what he's doing.
