Legal Question

I broke my finger at work (all documented). I have had surgery to repair the finger, but have 90% permanent loss of use of the finger (doctor certified). Roughly, how much is a finger valued at? I have also been off of work for 2 months - i make approx. 60,000/year and I was denied workman's comp.
