This is a class A misdemeanor carrying up to 364 days in jail. If the suspension was related to the DUI there is a minimum of ten days in jail with a conviction. Additionally there is a possibility of a fine of up to $2500. For more information see the website: http://peacesecurity.suite101.com/article.cfm/driving_suspended_in_illinois
