Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
This agreement shall continue for a period of time of twenty-four (24) months from the date executed and may be terminated at any time by either party with a clear written notice of two weeks.
The above sentence is in my contract, I want to know what does it means from the date executed, We signed a contract on July 31st 2013 so does it expires from the date it was executed i.e. 2015 or 2016.
