Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Breach of contract
We contracted for the rehabing of a residence. On completion, the property owner declined to pay finial monies due based on reciepts we provided as a courtesy. The total amount of the completed job was in the signed comtract, which the customer signed. What are my options?
