Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
A couple of years ago, my partner was doing some "pay for clicking" things online. They still show that they owe her money. The first payment they owe is about $900 and the second is approximately $4000. When she checks the status of the payments they just state (basically) to wait her turn and that the payment is in processing, etc.
Is there a way to force them to make payment? After two years, I'm thinking we've waited long enough on this? Please advise.
