Referrral fees
Can I provide a monetary incentive to a doctor (MD, chicroprator, naturopath, etc.) for referring patients to my nutritional detoxification program? I am a regsitered dietitian. Where could I find information on developing a contract?

You are asking a hotly debated question in the medical field right now. I know that pharmaceutical companies, among others, would very much like to offer nice bonuses to doctors for making referrals.
The reason why I say this is that there is no simple answer to your question. It depends on how you want to set up the contract, and what regulatory body controls the one making the referral.
