returing merchandise
I purchased a no money down real estate package with my wifes credit card. She wants this thing returned.I have made a few payments on it but never opened the box.Can it be returned

There is nothing in your question which would indicate to me that the seller of the package would be obligated to take it back and return your money. Perhaps if there was some sort of "money-back satisfaction guaranteed" clause....
