Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
What steps should I take in order to make internal Confidentiality Agreement, (non-disclosure agreement) and the contract between company and client? We are about to establish an advertisement agency. And if possible, can you go over our Confidentiality Agreement that we made on our own? Just to make sure if there are any flaw or error.
