Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
Hello, I was awarded a portion of my security deposit(after trial) that was taken by my landlord. However, she apparently doesn't agree with order so, she motioned back in court. I didn't show and I noticed on the website that is states "motion spindled". What could this mean?
