Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

One of my children is being asked personal questions about her biracial brother by a worker at childcare. This made her feel extremely uncomfortable having to explain her parents divorce and Mother being remarried to a a different race. What are my options. Can this be considered a legal case for harassment?

Doubt that you have a legal case since the questions are natural. OTOH, you may want to address the issue with the school's director. You should also remember that by having a biracial child you are inviting such questions but they should be addressed to you not your underage child.
