someone made a fake profile of me, and put pictures of me on a dating site. they gave out my home address and name. the profile said intamte incounter, two guys showed up at my house wanting sex. i called the cops made a report the profile was erased that same day couple of hours after i called the cops. what can i do legally?

You could file a suit against them for identity theft, intentional infliction of emotional harm, and file a criminal complaint. If you do not know who did this, you file this as a John Doe suit and then subpoena the records of the site as to the posters IP address. That will cost you a small fortune. So, it's probably best to just let it go, satisfied that you got it taken down.
