Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois

I had some engine work done to my truck and some bolts were not tightened all the way now the engine leaks oil. Is filing a lawsuit worth it or not.

That would depend on many factors such as the value of the vehicle, the extent of the damages and on how much time elapsed between the repair and the new problem.
