Non delivery of purchase

I psaid $6000.00 for the purchase and delivery of a fire engine on Feb 15, 2008. It was to be dekivered to Reno Nevada. I live in an area without fire protection that is a Class 10 area where no fire in surance is available. The engine has not been deliveed to date and he keeps giving me excuses.

If the contract of delivery was to be performed in Reno Township, Washoe County, Nevada, you have the option of bringing a Justice Court civil action against your defaulting seller in the Reno Township Justice Court, if he is in fact in default. Your question did not state when delivery was due. Your remedies may include breach of contract or fraud. The civil jurisdiction limits of the Reno Township Justice Court is $10.000, plus any costs interests or legal expenses awarded the prevailing party. Your attorney can explain further.
