I leased a car in a family members name while not missing a payment they had the car voluntarily repo'd, is there anything i can do?

Insufficient info. Did you obtain the car through fraudulently passing yourself off as that family member -- maybe for reasons of age or credit? Was the family member aware? There could be criminal penalties for what you did so you ought to TALK to, and not write a lawyer first.
